ATR Captain & First Officer
✈️ We are hiring: ATR Captain & First Officer

ATR Captain
As an ATR Captain, you will take full responsibility for the safe, efficient, and compliant operation of the aircraft, leading the crew with professionalism and strong safety culture.
Your role includes:
- Control of ATR aircraft type endorsed in your licence in the role of a pilot in accordance with the valid Operations Manual
- Ensuring the highest level of safety for the aircraft, crew, passengers, and goods throughout all phases of operation
- Maintaining operational excellence and compliance with company and authority standards
Requirements
- Valid ATR Type Rating
- Minimum 3,000 hours total flight time, including at least 500 hours as PIC on type or 500
- Valid EASA licence and Class 1 Medical
- English Proficiency level 4 or higher
(Additional languages such as French, Italian or German are an advantage) - Right to live and work in the EU or ability to obtain a work permit
- Ability to obtain Croatian security clearance
ATR First Officer
As an ATR First Officer, you will support the Captain in daily operations and play an essential role in maintaining the highest standards of safety and professionalism.
Your responsibilities include:
- Control of ATR aircraft type endorsed in your licence in the role of a pilot in accordance with the valid Operations Manual
- Assisting the Captain in ensuring the safety of the aircraft, crew, passengers, and goods
- Contributing to professional and efficient flight operations
Requirements
- Valid ATR Type Rating
- No minimum flight hour requirement
- Valid EASA CPL with ATPL theory & MCC or ATPL and Class 1 Medical Certificate
- English Proficiency level 4 or higher
(Additional languages such as French, Italian or German are an advantage) - Right to live and work in the EU or ability to obtain a work permit
- Ability to obtain Croatian security clearance

ETF Airways is seeking qualified and experienced Cabin Crew Instructors to support our expanding ATR 72-600 operations. This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic and growing airline while contributing to the development of high-quality training standards.
Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Cabin Crew Instructor to deliver initial, conversion, and recurrent training in accordance with EASA Part-CC requirements. The role includes conducting theoretical and practical training in safety, emergency procedures, and customer service, evaluating trainee performance, maintaining regulatory training records, and contributing to the development and improvement of training materials.
Key Responsibilities
• Deliver EASA-compliant cabin crew training programmes
• Provide both practical and classroom instruction on safety, emergency procedures, and service
• Assess trainee performance and provide constructive feedback
• Maintain accurate regulatory training records
• Contribute to the updating and development of training materials
Requirements
• Valid EASA Cabin Crew Attestation
• Senior Cabin Crew Member certificate or training record
• Completed Train the Trainer course (EASA-approved certificate)
• Valid EASA medical certificate
• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Cabin Crew Instructor on the ATR 72-600
• EU passport or legal right to work in the EU with a valid unrestricted passport
• Ability to pass a 5-year background check (clean criminal record)
• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
• Fluent in English (written and spoken)
• Ability to work flexibly, including weekends and irregular hours as required

CREW SUPPORT OFFICER – ETF Airways
- Finding and arranging appropriate modes of travel for crew members and company employees.
- Schedule domestic and international travel including flights, trains, buses, hotels and rental cars as required according to company policy.
- Ensure the proper record, documentation and issue of reimbursements for the cost of a hotel room, taxi ride or other travel expenses.
- Facilitate communication between the company and chosen travel / flight agencies.
- Review of all agency’s bookings for accuracy, cost-effectiveness and policy adherence.
- Assist crew members with visa processing and other travel related documents.

- Responsible for communicating all travel information to crew member in a timely manner.
- Handling travel related invoices with the accounting department.
- Ensure crew members have necessary documents for traveling (visa, travel insurance, etc.).
- Organise travels from beginning to end, through booking tickets and accommodation, securing rental transportation, etc.
- Supply travellers with pertinent information and useful travel material.

ETF Airways is accepting applications for holding pool for Experienced Cabin Crew Members to join our growing team on the B737-800 fleet. Should you meet the below minimum requirements, we would like to hear from you.
Minimum requirements:
- Right to live and work in the EU or ability o obtain work permit
- Valid EASA Cabin Crew Attestation
- Valid EASA Cabin Crew Medical
- Fluent in English; additional language is an advantage (French, Italian, German..)
- Able to pass a 5-year background check
- Experience operating as a Cabin Crew for a minimum of 3 months in the preceding 12 months
- High School degree
- Able to work in a dynamic team and multicultural environment
- Capable to adapt to work from different bases

- Able to pass a 5-year background check
- Good health and appearance
- Desirable possession of EASA Cabin Crew Attestation
- Flexibility and readiness for shift work and frequent travel
Desired skills:
- Flying experience on B737 would be an advantage
